The many flowerings which follow one another in the wetlands attract a large number of butterflies. The photographs shows the Peacock butterfly (Inachis io).
Butterflies are characterised by their multicoloured livery and harmonious movements. The photograph shows two Damsel Flies (Coenagrion puella) mating.
